The MAG's work is based on four core values, which is embodied within the Charter and Operating Procedures. These values are:

Inclusiveness - the MAG is open to all commercial actors internationally and also embraces the agendas of these actors equally and unequivocally.

Integration - The MAG will integrate the agendas of all actors globally in order to provide the foundation, framework and facility to encourage dialogue, debate and collaboration.

Interdependence - The MAG will embrace the global mobile Internet industry initiatives and agendas to empower al actors through an open, cross-pollination platform.

Insurance - The MAG guarantees transparency to all actors globally on business, technology and commercialization issues.
